Privacy Policy
I. General
1. This Privacy Policy regulates the basic principles and procedures for the collection, processing and storage of basic personal data of the customer (the Buyer) of mreklama.lt e-shop (the Seller) and mreklama.lt.
2. The collection, processing and storage of the Buyer’s personal data is regulated by this Privacy Policy, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
3. The Seller follows the following basic principles for the processing of personal data:
3.1. Personal data is to be collected for intended and legitimate purposes;
3.2. Personal data is to be processed accurately and fairly.
3.3. Personal data is to be processed lawfully, i.e. only in cases when:
3.3.1. The data subject gives his consent, i.e. agrees to comply with the e-commerce Rules;
3.3.2. A contract is concluded or performed where one party is the data subject;
3.3.3. mreklama.lt is required to process personal data in accordance with law;
3.3.4. Personal data is to be processed in virtue of a legitimate interest that is seeking by the mreklama.lt or a third party who is provided with personal data provided that the interests of data subject are not preferable.
3.4. Personal data is updated regularly.
3.5. Personal data is kept for no longer than required for the identified purposes of processing.
3.6. Personal data is to be processed only by those employees who have been granted such a right.
3.7. All personal data information we process is confidential.
3.8. The processing of personal data is reported to the State Data Protection Inspectorate in accordance with the established procedure.
4. The services of the e-shop are available to:
4.1. All capable natural persons aged at least 18 years old;
4.2. Minors aged between 15 and 18 years old -– only with the consent of their parents, adoptive parents or guardians unless they are disposing of their own earnings or scholarship;
4.3. Legal entities;
4.4. Representatives authorized by all the persons listed above.
II. Collection, processing and storage of personal data
5. Mreklama.lt respects the right to privacy of each Buyer. The Buyer’s personal data (name, surname, address, telephone number, email address and other information provided in the e-shop registration form) is collected and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) effective from 25 May 2018. The data is collected and processed so that we would be able to:
5.1. Process the Buyer’s orders for goods;
5.2. Issue financial documents;
5.3. Resolve problems with the provision or delivery of goods;
5.4. Fulfil other contractual obligations.
6. During registration at mreklama.lt, you must provide complete and correct personal data.
7. To process and store the Buyer’s personal data, mreklama.lt implements organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as against any other unlawful processing.
8. mreklama.lt has the right to use data not directly related to the Buyer’s personality for statistical purposes, i.e. data on purchased goods. Such statistical data will be collected and processed in such a way as to prevent the disclosure of the Buyer’s personal identity or other personal data that could be used to identify the person‘s identity.
III. Transfer of personal data to third parties
9. The Seller reserves the right to transfer information to third parties:
9.1. Only to implement the purposes mentioned in point 5.3 of this document;
9.2. Only in accordance with the procedure prescribed by laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
IV. Amendment or updating of personal data
10. The Buyer has the right to amend and/or update the information provided in the registration form.
V. Submission of information or complaints
11. As a buyer who has given his consent to processing your personal data, you have the right to request amendment or suspension of processing of your personal data, except for storage, if your personal data is processed in breach of law.
12. Upon receipt of the Buyer’s request regarding the processing of his personal data, the Seller will provide the Buyer with a response no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of the Buyer’s request. Only written requests concerning the processing of personal data submitted to the email address: info@mreklama.lt will be subject to consideration.
VI. Amendment of the Privacy Policy
13. The Seller has the right to amend the Privacy Policy in part or in full by publishing a notice in the e-shop.
14. Additions or amendments to the Privacy Policy come into force from the date of their publication, i.e. from the date on which they are published in the e-shop system.
15. If the Buyer does not give his consent to the new version of the Privacy Policy, he has the right to decline it in writing (by e-mail info@mreklama.lt) provided that he loses the right to use the e-shop services.
16. If, following the addition or amendment to the Privacy Policy, the Buyer continues to use the services provided by the e-shop, he is deemed to have accepted the new version.
