Sublimation is a printing method where the ink is transferred from the paper to the fabric with the help of high temperature (180ºC and more) and high pressure. The print can be transferred only on products that are resistant to high temperatures, and the fabric itself is synthetic or special. fabric.

Sublimation printing is most suitable for sports T-shirts and jumpers. Sublimation can be applied to an already manufactured product, in which case the print area is limited to 30x40cm. All sportswear is also produced by sublimation. The clothing design is first printed on a roll of paper, then, with the help of high temperature and high pressure, it is transferred to a roll of fabric. The fabric is then cut and a garment is sewn from it. In this way, full printing of the garment is possible.

Press capabilities and customization

Sublimation printing is very bright. The pressure is not felt at all, because the dye is absorbed into the fabric. Sublimation printing is very resistant to washing, it will never fade. Sublimation can be applied to the finished product or to the fabric and then the product is produced. Sublimation fabrics can be of different thickness, elasticity and texture. There is a special fabrics that resemble cotton. Flags are also produced by sublimation. We do sublimation on finished products from 10 pcs. We sew individually designed t-shirts and jumpers with full print from 20 pieces.

Press flaws

Sublimation is only possible on synthetic or special fabrics. Sublimation cannot be done on cotton. Sublimation is only possible on WHITE fabric. For example, if you want a black T-shirt, the entire fabric will be dyed black, and the inner side will remain white. Sublimation printing is a complex printing because there are many processes, so there are defects.

Supervision

Recommended product care - washing at 40°C, turning the fabric inside out. This will ensure a long video life. The print lasts best on dark clothes, without cracks and fading of the image. The print on white fabrics may fade over time after intensive wear and washing. During washing, you should not use bleaching agents and automatic drying.
